 | NPI offers new static dissipative compound for ‘Hot Spot’ free molded parts NPI is a compounder and supplier of specialty polyolefins located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. NPI has introduced a new class of static dissipative polypropylene compound, Nexstat-10C896, which can be can be molded with consistent resistivity in the range of 106 - 109 ohms/sq. Nexstat-10C896 is designed to eliminate ‘hot spots’ in molded parts for complete protection of static sensitive components from damage from trapped tribocharged or field induced voltages.
